Sometimes it seems like the whole world is breast-obsessed. Try learning to love your boobs - after all, you're kind of stuck with them...
Getting to know your lady lumps
Get used to the way your boobs look and feel. Don't be afraid to touch or squeeze them (in private, obviously) and look at them in the mirror.
If you're comfortable in your own skin, you will ooze confidence.
Keep 'em comfy
If your boobs jiggle or feel uncomfortable when you run or do sport, it's time to invest in your first bra.
Wearing a bra takes a bit of getting used to, so start out by with a simple bra in a soft, stretchy fabric.
Bras can be a brilliant confidence booster and once you've got used to wearing one, try experimenting with different kinds of bras: control, push-up, sports, enhancer, whatever, to find what you look and feel best in.
Get fitted up
Ill-fitting bras can not only create dodgy boob overspill, but they can also damage your back, shoulders and your breasts themselves.
Wearing the right bra is vital if you want to maintain your posture and avoid droopy jugs in later life.
Most department stores have a free measuring service. No need to be embarrassed - they’ve seen it all before! Remember to get re-measured regularly until your boobs are fully grown.
Love thy body
There's nothing more attractive than a girl who's happy and confident with her own body. We're all different - despite what you may have seen in magazines or on TV.
Real women come in all shapes and sizes. Just work towards accepting and appreciating the brill body you've got.
