Line

Line the lips using a pencil, keeping to the natural lip line.

If you want to reshape your lips, a bit of concealer over the natural lip line, then powder will help make the finished look more natural.

Next, take a lip brush and fill in with your lipstick inwards and upwards.

Blot

Finally, blot with a single ply tissue, re-apply and blot again.

Add more staying power by dabbing a little powder on to the tissue.

When choosing a lipstick, think about what you want from it: lip gloss is high maintenance whereas you get more staying power from matte or lacquer type texture.
