17 year old Cyra talks about her nationality

Cyra has a British passport, went to a British school and has British friends. She was born in the UK and goes to college in Surrey.

Even though she's never lived anywhere else in the world, Cyra says she doesn't feel British. Her mum's from Rwanda and her dad's Brazilian. She prefers to call herself African because that's how she was brought up.

Cyra says African culture is really important to her, from the food she eats to the clothes she wears.

Adina went to meet her to discuss her friends and nationality.
