Fans remember the King of Pop

Michael Jackson has been remembered at a spectacular event in Los Angeles. His family had a private ceremony before moving to the Staples Center in for the final send-off, which lasted more than two hours. There were some emotional speeches, even Jackson's 11 year old daughter Paris.

Big names performed tributes in front of the pop icon's gold-plated coffin. Jennifer Hudson, Mariah Carey and Usher all sang, as well as Shaheen Jafargholi from Britain's Got Talent. The 12 year old singer sang the Jackson 5 classic Who's Loving You, which Michael Jackson had watched Shaheen sing on BGT.

It's not just in Los Angeles that fans gathered. In London the Thriller Live musical, which is all about Jackson's music career, started with a minute's silence for the star. Charlotte has been back stage at the show, while BBC Radio 1 Newsbeat's Jonathan Blake has been speaking to fans in the United States for Revealed...
