From his bedroom to the top of the diving board! Revealed spends the day with last year's Young Sports Personality winner, Tom Daley.

Charlotte finds out how the award changed his life and what gives him that winning edge.

After representing the UK at the Beijing Olympics Tom has been nominated for this year's Young Sports Personality award.

So does he think he can make it a double? Oh and is he any good at football?
