The hidden problem?

Eating disorders kill more people in the UK than any other mental illness, and although most sufferers are female, more and more young men are secretly battling food.

Charlotte meets George, a teenager who developed anorexia when he was 13 and finds out how food can quickly take over someone's life. They discuss the ideal body shape with a school football team, while Anthony looks at the possible link between sport and eating disorders and asks just how healthy a six pack really is.
