  3. We are only a small organisation so do we need to take part in tenders?

    Any organisation wishing to become a supplier to the BBC, regardless of size, must take part in the tender process. We welcome interest shown by small organisations.


Invoicing and payments

  1. How can I ensure I get paid on time?

  2. How can I find out when I will be paid?

    Suppliers can contact BBC Accounts Payable:

    calling 0800 098 8106, between 09:00-18:00 Monday to Friday

  3. Can I submit my invoices electronically?

    Yes, the BBC encourages submission of invoices electronically. See the getting paid section for more details.
