Five
piece rockers The Rollocks hail from the Shotley Peninsular - and
they're back with a new singer!

The
line up is as follows:
Lewis
Powell - vocals
Simon Gray - guitar
Nick Rogers - guitar
Tom
Lock - bass guitar
James
Richman - drums
The
band has existed since 2003 and have had several line-up changes
- the last being the departure of singer Jason Mandley in December
2005. The band's origins were at Holbrook High School when members
began performing in various guises and under different band names
in the late 90s. Initially they were a covers-only group, but now
stick to their own stuff.
A career
high was winning the 2004 Battle Of The Bands at Woolverstone Girls
School - where they won the princely sum of £100!
They
sent us a picture of themselves mooning. However, it's against BBC
guidelines to have quite so many spots on our website, so you'll
have to make do with the shot of them male-bonding in a field.
