Simple yet very tasty

Nigel Ramsbottom, head chef at The Swan in Monks Eleigh gives you his recipe for basic pancakes.

Ingredients

Break the two eggs into a bowl.

Add the milk and whisk together.

Add the sugar and flour and whisk together.

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan.

Fry pancakes turning once until golden brown.

Serve three pancakes rolled and sprinkle with sugar and lemon.
