Stretch 3: Hamstring stretch
Get

Hamstring
stretch

 |
|
Keep
front leg straight, hands on bent leg (thigh). Push bottom
down and out to feel stretch in back of knee (straight leg).
Knees
unlocked back straight.
Hold
for about 10 seconds.
Repeat
for other leg.
