Exercise 1: Squat
Get
fit with BBC Suffolk |

Squat:
2 x 25
Weeks 5 & 6: 2 x 20

 |
Stand
with feet just outside shoulder width, toes pointing slightly
out, and arms across the chest.
Bend
at the knees and reach back with the buttocks as if you
are sitting on the chair behind you.
Then
stand back up to starting position.
For
weeks 5 & 6 use a weight in each hand (or a tin
can if you don't have any weights) held by your side. Perform
the exersice as above
