Every Centimetre Counts!!!
pudsey and friends
Pudsey, Lesley Dolphin and Andrew Tokely
BBC Radio Suffolk, the East Anglian Daily Times and Thompson & Morgan have got together and with your help we want to raise lots of money for this year's Children In Need appeal.

All you have to do is grow a sunflower!!

THE RULES

There are three age categories, up to 8 years, 9 to 16 years and adults (17 plus).

The tallest sunflower in each category, when the competition closes on 20 September, will win a prize.

Let us know how high your sunflower is throughout the competition, and at the end, by sending an email to our special sunflower e-mail address: sunflower@bbc.co.uk

You can also keep up to date by reading the East Anglian Daily Times and listening to BBC Radio Suffolk or checking on-line for the latest news.

my tallest sunflower is now 9ft and still growing biggest ive had and proud of it

an update from zoe brown , our tallest sunflower is now 15ft 5 inches and the others are still growing .its as tall as our house now !!!!!!

hi i have grown 4 sunflowers the tallest is 11ft tall so far and the smallest is 10 ft tall and they are still growing

i can not find any sunflower seed in the coop long melford or eastgate stores nobody has heard of them help
