Year 5 pupils from primary schools across Suffolk have produced class work using themes emerging from A Sense of Place.

Working within six themes closely linked to the National Curriculum, the children were encouraged to express their thoughts and feelings in words and pictures.

The six themes are:
  • Our Super School
  • Traffic Trouble
  • Dear Diary
  • What makes our locality unique?
  • A place for poetry
  • Local legend
The standard of entries has been inspiring, with some creative artwork and imaginative writing. A small selection of work from some of the schools entered can be seen by clicking on the links below.
