Waterfront
The regeneration of the Ipswich waterfront has seen huge changes to
the previously under-used Wet Dock area.
Luxury homes have been built on the quayside, while bars, restaurants
and a hotel have also been introduced. The new buildings sit comfortably
alongside more traditional styles of architecture, such as the Old
Custom House.
The thriving marina gives the area a lively and cosmopolitan feel.
