Ben and Stephannie are the eighth couple to leave the show
Despite being awarded their personal best score of 36 in the Freestyle, Ben and Stephannie failed to reach the final two.
The couple scored an impressive 68 out of 80 earlier in the evening for their Lindy Hop and Freestyle performances but that, coupled with the viewers' votes, wasn't enough to see them through.
An obviously disappointment Stephannie said, "these guys deserved to be in the final two so much."

I am so upset that Darren and Lana didn't win they had clearly been the best throughout the competition. When they dance its magical I hope this is the beginning of a great career in dancing for them both they deserve it. I can't wait for the next series

i new u were the winners n even if u hadnt have won you were both winners in my eyes. Darrien i hope your feeling alot better about your brother, you were very emtional and made the atmosphere for the viweres at home very emotional as well. Darrien and Hollie were really good,their freestyle was amazing.however in my heart i still wanted Darren and Lana to win because they have been consistantly good and I believe they are more versatile.
