Saturday Night Fever
Ben and Stephannie just can't wait till Saturday.
This Saturday Ben and Stephannie will be dancing a Lindyhop and a Freestyle routine, plus, if they make it through to the final two, a Guapacha. We caught up with them to talk about the final.
How are you feeling about Saturday night?
Stephannie: Quite anxious and nervous but excited at the same time.
Ben: Excited. I can't wait.
How's the training going this week?
Stephannie: It's going alright. Although the pressure is immense, Ben and I are having the best week yet with our rehearsals and stuff. It's coming along nicely.
Ben: Tiring but we're getting by. It's going really well.
What's the atmosphere like in the Mansion?
Stephannie: It's weird because you don't really get the chance to see any of the other couples because each couple's got their own studio now. It's quite empty.
Ben: It's still quiet. Everyone's being really, really friendly to everyone.
How did the tour go?
Ben: Absolutely fantastic, one of the best times we've had so far.
Can you tell us anything about your routines? Is there anything we should look out for?
Stephannie: In the Freestyle Ben and I have choreographed this new lift section, where we've made up a new lift. We call it the Spread-eagle because it's a move in the Cell Block Tango that features in Chicago which we've turned into a lift. It's quite cool.
Ben: Lifts, excitement and contrasting styles.
How do you rate your chances?
Stephannie: As good as anyone else's.
Ben: No idea. I'm not going to know till Saturday.
What's the first thing you'd like to do when you leave the Mansion?
Stephannie: Leap!
Ben: Sleep in my own bed and relax.

hi i think that darrien and hollie were amazing in the final, they gave it their all and really deserved to win! :) i think stephanie has done amazingly in the competition as well cause at the start i didn't think she'd be that good, but she's really worked her way up and done fantasically!! i also think daren has been amazing cause when they did that group line dance he stood out a mile cause he was really helping everyone, not just his partner which i thought was great!
anyway, just wanna let ya know that i thought this series was excellent and i cnt wait til next year! ;)
