Darren and Lana promise to amaze on Saturday.
This Saturday Darren and Lana will be dancing a Flamenco and a Freestyle routine, plus, if they make it through to the final two, a Guapacha. We spoke to them as they prepared for Saturday's final.
How are you feeling about the final?
Darren: I'm really looking forward to it. I just really want to get out there and dance now because it's been eight weeks to build to this point.
Lana: I'm really, really excited about the final. I was really, really nervous at the beginning of the week. There was a lot of pressure and a lot of nerves but after the whistle-stop tour, and seeing all supporters and everyone rooting for you, I just want to go out there and do the best I can.
How was the tour?
Lana: Unbelievable, I wasn't expecting it at all. I was expecting a few people there, they'd clap when you came on, and they'd clap when you left. But it was amazing. It was like a crowd at a gig or something. It was brilliant and everyone was so lovely and supportive.
How's the training going this week?
Darren: The training's going okay. It's been a hard week but we're trying our best to get through.
Lana: The training's hard this week. We've had to change our Freestyle routine so many times. We're still continuing to choreograph even today, trying to get the best routine we can. We want it to be so impressive. It's been hard – long hours but it's all worth it.
What's the atmosphere like in the Mansion?
Darren: The atmosphere's fine. Everyone's really, really friendly still, to be honest. Everyone's really supporting each other.
Lana: It's a different atmosphere than it has been throughout all the competition. As there's now three practice rooms and only three couples, everyone just disappears into a room and we just emerge for food and water. But today we're doing the group dance so it's lovely to all get back together.
Can you tell us anything about your routines? Is there anything we should look out for?
Darren: We're just trying to go out there and do an amazing performance.
Lana: We're doing our Flamenco, and our Guapacha and I love doing those dances. Our Freestyle is kind of like a fusion of two styles. It's going to be pretty sexy, raunchy and hopefully just really entertaining.
How do you rate your chances?
Darren: I have no idea. All I know is we're just going to go out there and dance our best. Hopefully the best we've ever danced before.
Lana: Like everyone, there's a one in three chance of winning. We're just going to go out there, dance the best we possibly dance and enjoy every second because no matter what happens, this Saturday is the final chance we're going to dance in this competition.
What's the first thing you'd like to do when you leave the Mansion?
Darren: I'd like to sleep for a week, I think.
Lana: Hug and thank all my friends and family for everything they've done for me, they've given so much support. Also, I'd like to thank everyone in my local area. I just can't wait. See, you've got me thinking about it now!

Guys...what can i say?? As much as I love Darrien and Hollie, the prize was well and truly stolen from you last night. Right from the beginning of this competition, you have deserved to win more than any other couple there. You're both incredible, unbelievable and so so talented...and I know everyone says this and you're probably fed up of it by now, but you really were made for each other! My biggest fear now is that you "disappear off the face of the Earth", so to speak, and we never hear about you again. THAT would be a travesty, almost as bad as last night! Both Darren & Lana, and Hollie and Darrien are amazing therefore it was difficult in choosing the winner. However, there is more chemistry between Darren and Lana and you can see it when they perform so they should have won!! I hope it won't be the end for them!

So sorry you didn't win.Unlike the other dancers who excelled in a particular style or same sorts of styles you two could dance spectacularly well the widest range of contrasting styles from that heartstopping poetic Adagio to the sexy streetdance, from the pasionate flamenco to the lively lindyhop - i did try and vote for you but couldn't get through.
I hope you achieve dancing success anyway - your partnership was electric and you both deserve it.
