Tough Love
Anton got strict with Darren and Lana during training.
Ladies' favourite Anton Du Beke made a welcome return to the Mansion and wasted no time setting to work on Darren and Lana. The pair have been given the American Smooth to perform on Saturday.
Anton was pleased with their routine. "Fabulous. They're nice little dancers these two. It makes me go funny inside."
But he did have words of advice for the pair concerning their lifts: "You have to put her down softly like a butterfly with sore feet," he said, later telling Darren, that "It needs to be romantic not peacocky."
But in a later session Darren's shoulder crunched. Darren was forced to sit out some of the practice with an ice pack on his shoulder.
Anton also had some tough advice for the pair. Talking to Darren he said, "People don't give a damn if you've broken up with your girlfriend. You have to be able to go out and perform."
But on the whole he was supportive of the pair and hopes they will do well.
"It's your time, you only have one chance. I want you to dance well. People like you, people want you to be fabulous."

WOW!!! I have been watching you every week and think you're both amazing. Your milonga was fantastic-it was so so stylish and sensuous. And i would just like to say that all your dances have been amazing, coz u got the first 10 in the competition. Have been reading darrien and hollie's comments and everyone seemed to love their milonga but all yours have been fab!! I especially loved your Guapacha and your flamenco.
