Isle of Man
The Street Doctors - Dr Jonty, Dr George, Dr Ayan and Dr Barbara - have stepped out of their surgeries and onto the streets to treat and cure the Great British public.
This week they're in the Isle of Man where Dr Jonty meets overweight dad Ian, whose fondness for the local delicacy of chips, cheese and gravy has had a worrying effect on his waistline!
Whilst enjoying a quick cup of tea, Dr Barbara meets Leonard, who is showing worrying symptoms of a possible stroke. He said this has talked to his Doctor about this in the past but she tells him he should seek further advice.
Out in the countryside, Dr Ayan visits The Great Laxey Wheel, where he meets Lindsey, who is concerned about breast cancer. Her mother has been diagnosed with the disease and she is now worried it could be hereditary. Dr Ayan advises her to seek early breast screening and suggests that she could have a genetic test to see if she is at a higher risk.
There are a number of factors that can mean you have an increased risk of getting breast cancer. These include a family history of the disease, drinking large amounts of alcohol, being overweight, and finally your age can be a factor - it's rare in people under 30.
If you are concerned about breast cancer seek advice from your GP and learn how to examine your breasts for lumps.
Meanwhile Dr Barbara and Dr George meet Paul, who has a pain in his hip. He works as a local Kipper smoker and shows the Doctors how strenuous his work can be. By watching him in action, Dr George and Dr Barbara get to see first hand the pressure he is putting on his hips and this makes their diagnosis much easier.
At the end of their open air surgeries the Doctors all meet up to discuss their findings and pledge to keep on making Britain a healthier place!
