Material
4ply Baby Yarn to knit to a tension of 28sts to 4cm approx Tension 6-7
Main Body
Tension dial 3 Cast on 26 sts in 1x1 rib. Knit 14 rows
Transfer to main bed inc 1 st each end of every 3rd row to 44 sts Row Counter

R/Counter 000. Cast on 13sts at the beginning of the next 2 rows. Knit to
R/C 12.
Set machine to HOLD. Place all sts at the right of centre 0 to hold.
Knit to Row Counter 52. Break Yarn.. Stitches to hold.
Fronts
Stitches on the right to Upper working position Carriage on the Left.
Rejoin Yarn. Knit 2 rows C. O.L.
Decrease 1 st at neck edge every row for 4 rows. Decrease 1 st every alternate
row 4 times. Cast off 3 sts at neck edge. Knit 1 row through by hand. Latch
off.
COR Cast on latchet method over needles 12-35. Knit to the left, Cast on
3 sts e wrap, Knit row COR increase 1 st every alternate row at neck edge
4 times in all. Increase 1 st every row on the next 4 rows. 35 sts. COR
Cancel HOLD. Knit 12 rows.
Cast off 13 sts at the beginning of the next 2 rows. Decrease 1 st at each
end of every 3rd row, to 26 sts. Transfer to ribber 1x1 rib Work 14 rows,
Transfer to main bed . Tension 10 knit 1 row. Latch off.
Waist Rib
Cast on 69 sts Main Tension 3. work 14 rows in 1x1 rib. With wrong side
facing replace on machine as follows 15 front, 39 back, 15 front. Knit through
by hand loosely. Latch off.
Neckband
Cast on 59 sts 1x1 rib. Knit 6 rows. Transfer to main bed. With wrong side
facing pick up sts around neck. Knit row through by hand loosely. Latchet
off.
Buttonhole Bands
Hold garment to machine to estimate sts. Using Waste Yarn knit several rows.
Change to main yarn Tension dial Main tension - 1. Knit 3 rows, Make 4 buttonholes,
Knit 3 rows. 1 row T.D 10. 3 rows MT-1 Knit 3 rows , complete Buttonhole,
Knit 3 rows. Pick up sts from first row knitted in Main yarn. Knit 1 row.
With wrong side facing place front on to needles. Knit through by hand.
Latch off.
