Creation
Creation is the only decent nightclub around Hanley.
Liquid is far too small and The Place what more can i say what a hell
hole, typical underage teenagers just fighting gangs go in there,
the place is the "place" to stay away from. My idea of clubbing is
going to the fluid bar Creation flares yatees flackets tube cuba well
and ofcourse st1.

The
Park, Wistaston Road, Crewe
An absolutely brilliant night out, the staff are very
friendly and the drag queens are fantastic and full of fun.
A very special mention to Dolly, who is amazingly funny and talented,
she should be on the stage. I thoroughly enjoy myself every Friday
I go.
Keep up the good work girls. XXX

-Bouncers problem
i cannot believe u wer treated in such a way!!!
its a complete disgrace to evryone everywhere, girls are constantly
attacked/assaulted/raped and yet THEY are the ones to get kicked out
for a abit of defence,
iv seen the bouncers in a hanley club in action and they stood and
watched my friend have her top pulled down and hands forced behind
her back and when she finally got free she threw a pint over this
rowdy s**t for brains bloke and then SHE got kicked out for causing
a 'disturbance' ! ! ! !
THIS NEEDS SORTING!!!

i kinda thought liquid this time sucked partly cus
they sent u £4 off and u were only aloud £1 off
2nd was cus i dunna know had bad time like half an hour of getting
there i went ill and had splitting head aches and felt sick
3. it wasent as good as the other 2 i went kinda sucked

Good to see everybody is lovin our under 18's @ creation...
Firstly, Applebelly dont appear for pics on these nights because the
website is aimed for the 18 plus market... But from time to time you
will see the Lush team running around with one... I'll see if these
are used for a website.
Secondly... Alot of you guys keep asking when the RnB room will be
re-opening, well the good news is it will hopefully be very soon...
Until then you will have to make do with me playing rnb in the main
room

Personally i would say creation is a good bet... 3
rooms with 3 different music styles, party, dance and rnb... Plus
if ou give them a a call they'll always sort out a good deal for you

under 18's
Under 18's @ creation is bangin' I've been loads of
times and every time its been great. I can't wait for the foam party
on the 26th of August (The day after my birthday) The foam parties
are always wicked and U always have a laugh with the fit lads there.

Creation
- A Defence!
I am well and truely shocked, Creation certainly seems
to get a very mixed response,
I am new to Stoke, so please take my comments as an outsiders view.
Some people seem to think Creation is trying to be 'Ministry Of Sound'
and other say its too commercial? I'm confused!
In the few times I have been to Creation, its seems to try and cater
to a variety of tastes, not an easier task!
If we look around at the 'creditable' venues - The Void - CLOSED!
Cream - CLOSED!
I think from an economic stand point, Creation is a mainstream venue,
for mainstream people, catering to a specialised market with a 2000
capacity venue in a small city like Stoke, wouldn't be wise. Well
done to managers, I like what I have seen so far!!

The
Place offer
Someone underneath is sayin how great it is that the
place is doin a £10 all in night... I think not!!! If you ask me its
irresponsible to do it 2 nights on the trot... but hey when ya venue
is about to close down, guess ya need to grab wjhat ya can.
All i can say is good about it is at least its keeping all the drunks,
kids and trouble makers from other respectable venues (Creation/Fluid/Liquid)...
Enjoy it why ya can kids cos that venue is well past its sell by date
and aint gonna be around much longer!!!

you can get any drink you want for free. it is a good why to get drunk

need a CLUB
We are now lacking and having withdrawal symptoms from
not having golden!!! we need another decent nite in stoke/staffs insteadf
of cheesy drunk clubs.
Theere is kno where to go to dance and have a decent nite????? we
need hard house/trance and the closest is bham please

It's
about time...
...that Tulips re-opened. For years now the people
of Stoke-on-Trent have been crying out for the pink coloured self
proclaimed 'continental music bar' to re-open. Indeed, it was Jeremy
Clarkson who said in 1997, "the foundations of a great city consist
of people, money, and continental music bars'. I say allow Tulips
to re-open, allow people to wander out of the city centre to this
fine bar, and allow it to no longer be an eye sore.

Once again last night was a busy one.
But for all of you lot who weren't there heres whats happenin on Tuesday
15th July.
Its another CD:UK event, it will start at 7pm, finish at 10.30pm.
Admission is £8 and if i were you i'd get them in advance because
the PA's/Artists we are having are:- ATOMIC KITTEN!!!!!! & DANNI MINOGUE!!!!!

Can I say that I think that it is unfair to say that
it is only fluid barstaff creating eye candy in Stoke on Trent.
And all the girls in creation are not ugly.
Fluid may need to use young, twig-like air-head, bimbo barmaids in
an effort to attract customers but from what I can see in employing
these 'DEAD FIT', FINE!!! girls they attract annoying ignorant people
like YOU!

The
Bouncers - AGAIN!
I agree with all the reviews regarding bouncers in
the Hanley/Crewe and Nantwich areas.
I would feel safer with no bouncers on the doors than the absolute
cavemen that control the doors in these areas.
The majority of the time it is the bouncers who cause a bigger scene
by man-handling the customers out of the clubs, rather than asking
them to leave, but what can you expect from these neanderthal like
breeds whose english probably consists of vulgar swear words and other
cave man type grunts.
At the end of the day these people do have a job to do, but i think
they would get alot more respect from the public if they went about
it in a civilsed manner rather than throwing their weight about like
past it gangsters!
It makes me laugh how important they think they are, it seems to me
the only reason they are in this job is so they can have an excuse
to release their pent up anger.

Reading the afore messages about the bouncers I totally
agree they are nothing but igomainics who can not control there tempers
especially around the crewe/nantwich area.
Fair enough they are supposed to be doing a job but man handling customers
out of the pub even if they have done nothing wrong is bang out order.

Well to be honwest i thinmk the moral of that story
is that you shouldn't be under age drinking.
ten out of ten for our door staff turning you away. Fact is your not
old enough to drink so dont, i cant when dj'ing for you guys!!!!
So get over it and you've learnt a lesson for next time. (Also sounds
like a good mini bus company that lets under age teens drink on there
coaches!!)

I would just like to say that i am very impressed with
the bars in hanley which are now giving newcastle a run for its money,
i am at uni and so only go out in stoke every now and then when i
come home. We always went to newcastle before and then on to a club
in hanley,
** this weekend however i spent most of the time in FLUID in hanley...
****This could be down to the most fit barmaid i have ever seen working
on the bar in the new bit...I do believe the brunette beauty is called
NINA and 'nina if you are out there will u marry me because damn u
are amaizin'xxx

I really am findin it hard to believe that so many
people are happy with nights out in places such as CREATION, LIQUID
etc, surely they are full of beer drinkin, ben sherman shirt wearin,
gelled-haired guys where the music is quite honestly cheese on toast.
I totally agree that i would have one really good nite out in manchester
or london rather that ten (just ok) nites in hanley.
Your nite is what you make it and as long as the people you are with
are cool you can still have a good night where ever you are.
Sachimos or the penthouse are the only funky places to be, Reckless
always garuntees a good night. Also DAZED AND CONFUSED at fluid on
a Sunday nite is good whith a fantastic female vocalist called hayley
who brings a bit of funk and glamour to a sunday nite.

bouncers
After reading Dabbie's comment on bouncers - I have
to say that bouncers are not getting any better -
When I went along to a club in Hanley there appears to be a policy
regarding the removal of your jacket - something which is not made
clear at the door or in any of their promos or adverts.
I was visiting the club with my sister - who unfortunately has scarring
on her arms and shoulders.
When I asked the bouncer if she could keep her coat on he became abusive
and started to scream in my face - making it very clear that the club
had little or no sympathy and i could stick my money where the sun
don't shine - so polite....
Although when i confronted the manager he was very placating i didn't
feel that he had any intentions of speaking to his bouncer about his
crass behaviour - ce la vie ; bouncers - all brawn, no b******s..
