And the 21-year-old was rewarded for his efforts with a first class law degree and the Sweet and Maxwell prize for the best third year performance.

Neil was one of 4,500 graduates who celebrated their degree success during a week of ceremonies at Trentham.

And having signed up to the Legal Practice Course, he is hoping to repeat the experience again next year.
