Stoke band Friends of Ken came into the studio this week to play a live and exclusive acoustic set of tracks from their brand new album 'Il Tempo Gigante'.

They played debut single 'Backwards' and 'Rhapsody in Purple', and also a classic cover of the sunny, summery Weezer anthem "Islands in the Sun".

The band also chatted to presenter Matt Lee about their recent week long UK tour, and finally getting national recognition, after a long time on the Stoke music scene.
