There's travel information every twenty minutes, a news bulletin on the hour and half-hour, and a full sports bulletin on the half-hour.

And, all during the show, the phone-lines are open - on 01782 208008 - to comments from all, including you.

In fact, the show definitely needs YOU!  When discussing any issue, serious or light, first-hand experience is what the listener needs to hear.
