The Skalinskis play live on BBC Radio Stoke's local music show 'SUBCulture'

They favoured the Trabant over the Transit and brought the noble sound of the Eastern bloc to The Potteries. Fortunately for SUBCulture, The Skalinskis dropped by our studios to deliver a  fantastic ska-infested live session.

Check out their performance of the magnificently titled "King Tut Strut"; cast your eyes enviously over "Green Eyes"; and feast upon our web-only track "Mad Cow Disease"...

In between songs, the band chatted to Dave Hamer and explained why Stoke could be twinned with Gdansk and how Lenin, Trotsky and the Stalin could have the answers to your problems...
