1. This competition is open to UK residents only. Overseas entries will not be considered.
2. If you are under the age of 16, you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before participating in the game.Remember that you must be 16 or over to be eligible to win the prize.
3. You must provide the BBC with your contact details if you wish to enter this competition. The BBC will only ever use your personal details for the purposes of administering this competition, which may include inviting winners to be interviewed on Five Live, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission. 4.The weekly prize shall consist of one or more items of Five Live or Sportdaq merchandise (eg. t-shirt, mug, umbrella). The competition runs every week from Tuesday to Tuesday, the winner being the player with the greatest percentage increase in overall worth during the previous seven days. Winners will have their answers to the questionnaire published on the site on Thursday.
5.The winner will be the top eligible player (as shown on the charts on Tuesdays). An 'eligible player' is a player who has complied with these competition rules and the Sportdaq Fair Trading rules above. A player may be deemed ineligible to win the prize by the site Producers at their sole discretion under the Sportdaq Fair Trading rules. A player is ineligible for the prize if he or she has won the prize already during the preceding 30 days. They are also ineligible if they have downtraded in order to win ie. if they have deliberately reduced their worth immediately before a win bonus payment in order to make it look like they have an inflated percentage gain.
6. The site Producers' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.Winners will be contacted by email between 9am and 1pm on Tuesdays. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours of attempting to make contact, the prize will be forfeited and the BBC reserves the right to either offer the prize to the next ranking eligible player, or to re-offer the prize in any future competition on bbc.co.uk.
8. The prize(s) must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no alternatives.
9. The BBC does not accept any responsibility for late or lost Sportdaq transactions or corrupted accounts due to the Internet.
10. Entrants must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
11. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of the BBC, any person directly or indirectly involved in the BBC or the running of the competition, or their direct family members.
12. The BBC reserves the right to cancel this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.
13. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.
14. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
