NEW IPO: Croatian sensation Cilic added to daq. - 16 September 2009
Tennis star to be listed
Croatian tennis sensation Marin Cilic has been added to the daq this week after narrowly winning this week's traders choice.
Cilic beat England one-day cricketer Eion Morgan into second place with American tennis star Melanie Oudin in third.
Cilic caused a bit of a shock when he knocked out Andy Murray in the 4th round at the US Open. In the quarter-finals Cilic lost to eventual champion Juan Martin Del Potro but like fellow countrymen Ivan Ljubicic and Goran Ivanisevic, Cilic seems certain to be challenging for major honours in the men's game for a good few years yet.
Finally, Iestyn Harris, who has played both codes of rugby at international level, loses his place on the 'daq after losing out in the traders vote. He will be de-listed at midday on Thursday 17th September.
