New IPO: De Villiers, Watson and Dilshan to be listed
New IPO: De Villiers, Watson and Dilshan to be listed
29 September 2009

AB de Villiers, Shane Watson and Tillakaratne Dilshan all join the 'daq this week after finishing in the first three in this weeks Traders' Choice vote.

AB de Villiers won the vote outright even though The Proteas crashed out of the tournament, but he will be a useful player to invest in when England tour South Africa later in the year.

Australian all-rounder Watson has been in impressive form since returning to the Test side in the middle of the Ashes series, and was a key player in the one-day series when they beat England 6-1.

Tillakaratne Dilshan scored the first century of the ICC trophy against South Africa in the first match and his incredible 'Dilscoop' is one of the most skilful shots in world cricket.

We are saying goodbye this week to two sports stars.

Former Newcastle manager Joe Kinnear and former England rugby union captain Martin Corry had the dubious honour of 'winning' the delisting vote so they will be removed at 1200 BST on Thursday 1st October.

With Rugby League's SuperLeague Grand Final coming up on the 10th October we have listed eight rugby league stars - the top two will be added to the 'daq in time for the final.
