Drama as Dutch seal speed skating clean sweep

The Netherlands claim all three medals in a dramatic conclusion to the Men's 500m speed skating at the 2014 Winter Olympics as Michel Mulder takes gold by 0.01 seconds from Jan Smeekens, with Mulder's twin brother Ronald winning bronze.

Confusion reigned after Smeekens thought he had snatched gold from Michel Mulder, only to discover that the combined time for both his races was fractionally slower than his compatriot's winning combined time of 69.32secs.
