Celtic Dragons strengthen Superleague squad

Celtic Dragons have drafted four Wales under-21 players into an expanded squad for the 2013 Netball Superleague competition

Goalshooter/goalkeeper Lorraine Betsy joins from Surrey Storm while Wales player Sophie Morgan moves in the other direction to the Guildford based side.

Also joining the squad are Sioned Hiscocks, Nia Jones, Cathy Bastian and 17-year-old Bethan Dyke.

The Dragons finished fifth in this year's competition.

"Last season was a fantastic season for the Celtic Dragons," Dragons coach Melissa Hyndman said.

"We certainly gave everything we had and worked hard as a complete team.

This fantastic competition gives us the opportunity to build stronger as a team, while finding new and exciting talent for the future.

"Hard work and togetherness go hand in hand and this is the recipe that I am searching for this season."
