I could easily be on plane home - Murray

Britain's Andy Murray admits he "could easily be on the plane home" and is now "playing with the house's money" at the US Open after avoiding a shock first-round exit.

The 2012 US Open champion defied cramp to beat Dutchman Robin Haase in four sets in sweltering conditions at Flushing Meadows.

Murray is not sure what caused the cramps, but says he will do "all the right things" to avoid a repeat against German qualifier Matthias Bachinger in the second round on Thursday.
