2012 has been the best year of my career - Andy Murray

Andy Murray says 2012 has been "the best year of my career" despite losing to Roger Federer in the semi-finals of the ATP World Tour Finals in London on Sunday.

The Brit reached his first Wimbledon final, won Olympic gold and sealed his first Grand Slam title at the US Open over the past twelve months, but couldn't win the last tournament of the season as he lost to Federer 7-6 (7-5) 6-2.

Murray admits he would have "liked to have finished with a win" in the ATP World Tour Finals, but says he is determined to look back positively on 2012.
