Phelps welcomes Thorpe comeback

Olympic great Michael Phelps says he is not surprised to see Ian Thorpe come out of retirement to compete at London 2012, and expected him to return sooner.

The American adds that the extra competition will make the Olympic swimming events "a lot more interesting".

The 16-times Olympic medallist has been consulting on his own computer-game, Michael Phelps: Push The Limit.
