Rebecca Adlington reflects on 2011 World Championships and looks ahead to 2012

Double Olympic champion Rebecca Adlington reflects on her successful World Championships, where she won gold in the 800m freestyle and silver in the 400m.

The 22-year-old from Mansfield tells BBC Sport's Nick Hope that she is not ready to set any medal targets for the 2012 Olympics and is simply focusing on qualifying for the London Games.
