America's Ryan Lochte beats compatriot Michael Phelps to gold in the 200m freestyle at the World Championships in Shanghai.

Lochte finished in 1min 44.44sec, ahead of 14-time Olympic champion Phelps in second and reigning champion Paul Biedermann in third.
