Ben Ainslie says there's still "plenty of hard work" to be done before the Olympics.

Ben Ainslie may have been installed as the favourite for Olympic gold in the Finn fleet after following up his victory at the Sail for Gold regatta with another win in Portland and Weymouth at the Olympic test event, but he says there is still "plenty of hard work" to be done before the Games next year.
