Exeter Chiefs' academic success story

Exeter Chiefs' academy is turning itself into one of the country's most reliable production lines of young English talent.

England winger Jack Nowell, who will win his fifth cap on Sunday against Italy, is arguably the star graduate, while fly-half Henry Slade, centre Sam Hill and number eight Dave Ewers played for the Saxons and front-rowers Luke Cowan-Dickie and Ben Moon have also made the Chiefs first-team squad.

Sunday's LV= Cup final squad to face Northampton will feature several players who came through the club's system and BBC Spotlight rounded up some of the Chiefs' academic stars to find out the secrets of their success.
