Newport Gwent Dragons suffer Tom Prydie injury blow

Tom Prydie

Newport Gwent Dragons could be without wing Tom Prydie until mid-April, 2014.

The five-times-capped 21-year-old has suffered ankle ligament damage and is expected to be out for between 10 and 12 weeks.

Two more Dragons backs, Hallam Amos and Jason Tovey, are also nursing injuries.

Full-back Amos (ankle) is out for up to three weeks while fly-half Tovey (knee) could face Northampton on Saturday, 25 January in the LV= Cup.
