Jerome Porical kicked two penalties in the last six minutes to send Stade Francais into the final of the Amlin Challenge Cup.

Welsh fly-half James Hook kicked a penalty to put Perpignan 22-19 ahead with just 13 minutes remaining in the all-French tie.

Porical's 79th-minute winning penalty hit both the post and bar.

Perpignan led 13-9 at half-time thanks to tries from Guilhem Guirado and Hook, who scored a total of 17 points.

Former Scarlets number eight David Lyons scored the only try for Stade Francais five minutes into the second half while Porical kicked 20 points.

Stade Francais will play either Leinster or Biarritz in the final in Dublin on May 17.
