Davies backs four Welsh regions

Amid the debate over the future of Welsh professional rugby, former Wales dual-code star Jonathan Davies says all four current teams should remain in place.

In December, Welsh Rugby Union chief Rogers Lewis mooted the possibility of one of the Ospreys, Newport Gwent Dragons, Scarlets or Cardiff Blues should become a development team.

Former Ospreys head coach Sean Holley also believes Welsh rugby should continue with four teams.
