Lancaster frustrated by narrow defeat

England coach Stuart Lancaster says he could not fault his players as they slipped to a narrow 15-16 defeat against South Africa at Twickenham.

Lancaster is frustrated that his side did not quite get over the line as they came up against a tough Springbok defence.

Lancaster also refuses to be drawn on the late call by his captain Chris Robshaw to kick a penalty instead of go for a potential match-winning try.
