Retired double scull rower and Olympic medallist Stephen Rowbotham reveals how he struggled to deal with life after quitting the sport in 2012.

Rowbotham, who won bronze at Beijing in 2008, speaks to former modern pentathlete Heather Fell for BBC Points West about how he had to adapt both mentally and physically to living without rowing.
