Olympics Mountain bike: Jaroslav Kulhavy wins mountain bike gold
Reigning world champion Jaroslav Kulhavy of the Czech Republic has won gold in a thrilling finish in the men's mountain bike race.
The race finished in just under an hour and a half and it came down to a sprint finish with Kulhavy beating Swiss rider, Nino Schurter, over the line with Marco Fontana picking up the bronze medal.
France's Julien Absalon, who won gold in 2004 and 2008 and was a strong pre-medal favourite for the race finished early with a puncture and it was despair for Great Britain's Liam Killeen as he crashed out early and broke his ankle.
