Bolt into 200m semi-final after heats

Usain Bolt looks in good shape as he cruises through to the semi-finals of the 200m, winning his heat in 20.39 seconds.

Bolt, who retained his 100m title on Sunday, is favourite to retain the 200m title he won in Beijing four years ago.

The Jamaican was in relaxed mood, playing to the crowd before the heat.

Great Britain's Christian Malcolm came third in his heat and qualifies but James Ellington misses out after he finishes sixth in his heat.
