Dunlop dominates Superbikes at Armoy

Michael Dunlop dominated the Superbike class at the Armoy road races, winning the Open class and the feature 'Race of Legends' event on his own Honda Fireblade.

The 24-year-old broke the course lap record in the Open race and also set a new benchmark in the Supersport 600, in which he finished second to brother William.

Michael was able to take part in the meeting after not being included in the three-man Honda TT Legends team for the World Endurance round at Suzuka.

He will now concentrate his efforts on the forthcoming Ulster Grand Prix at Dundrod.
