Belfast Giants 6-3 Edinburgh at The Odyssey Arena

The Belfast Giants secure a 6-3 victory over the Edinburgh Capitals in their first home game for a month at the Odyssey Arena as Paul Adey's side remain four point clear at the top of the Elite League.

Adam Keefe opened the scoring for the home team, however Jan Safar levelled for Edinburgh before the end of the first period.

Two goals from Kevin Saurette, along with goals from Dustin Whitecotton, Kevin Phillips and Chris Higgins gave the Giants a 6-1 lead, with Edinburgh grabbing two consolation goals from Richard Hartmann and Michal Benadik.
