Johnson ban sends right message - BHA

The British Horseracing Authority's Paul Struthers tells the BBC that Howard Johnson's ban sends out a message that breaking the rules will not be tolerated.

Johnson was banned for four years after a panel found he showed reckless disregard for rules on horse welfare.

The trainer has subsequently retired from horse racing, saying he did not believe he had done anything wrong.
