Michael Hoey posts closing 70 at Hassan Trophy in Morocco

Michael Hoey ended in a tie for 30th place on four under par at the Hassan Trophy in Morocco after posting a final round of two-under 70 on Sunday.

The 2012 winner carded four birdies and two bogeys in his closing 18 holes to follow up rounds of 68, 70 and 76.

Spaniard Alejandro Canizares was a comfortable winner on 19 under, five shots clear of England's Andy Sullivan.

Ireland's Shane Lowry finished two over after a 73 while another round of 73 left Damien McGrane on four over.
