David Beckham says Steven Gerrard should stay on as England captain

David Beckham says that Steven Gerrard should stay on as captain despite England's poor performance at the World Cup.

Roy Hodgson's side failed to advance from the group stages after losses to both Italy and Uruguay.

Gerrard will be 36 when the next major tournament comes around, the 2016 European Championship.
