Brazil v Croatia penalty incident

Match of the Day's Mark Chapman and former England internationals Alan Shearer and Danny Murphy debate the controversial penalty awarded to Brazil during their 3-1 defeat of Croatia.

Referee Yuichi Nishimura adjudged Croatia defender Dejan Lovren to have pulled down Brazil striker Fred and awarded the spot-kick with the score level at 1-1 and 20 minutes left to play in Sao Paulo.

Shearer says that if penalties are given for similar infringements you are likely to "end up with ten penalties per game."
